My Process

Day 1 - Kickoff & Initial Build During our kickoff call, I'll review your completed prep form and address any questions. Then I'll begin building your workspace's foundation by creating the core databases and primary home page.

Day 2 - Detailed Build & Client Review I’ll continue workspace development by creating top level sidebar pages and migrating existing workspace data into the new system. At the end of the day, I’ll send a workspace walkthrough for your feedback and approval.

Day 3 - Optimization I'll optimize the workspace by adding buttons, formulas, charts, and database automations to ensure your workflows run smoothly.

Day 4 - Testing & Final Touches The day focuses on thorough testing and final adjustments of the entire workspace — running through all workflows, checking permissions, and verifying automations.

Day 5 - Training & Handover I'll provide video training tutorials to help you and your team effectively use your new workspace. After handover, you'll receive one week of post-implementation support.
